any one from pakistan , for admission in concordia university . all who got admission in jan and may intake . please tell me how much time university takes after the status change on concordia portal.

What do you mean by status change ? It takes almost 2 Months.... For application Processing

Some time they can take 4 to 5 months , but it varies from case to case...........

if your status is changed like "decision made", you gotta contact them through email directly. either you were accepted or refused. once accepted, ur offer letter will be sent shortly like in three to four days and add extra courier days in it. Do make sure they use a courier service rather than airmail,.

my status changed" your file is now in process , we will inform you when decision made " on oct 28.
now waiting for decision . i applied there on 22 sep.

if your status is changed like "decision made", you gotta contact them through email directly. either you were accepted or refused. once accepted, ur offer letter will be sent shortly like in three to four days and add extra courier days in it. Do make sure they use a courier service rather than airmail,.

You have to schedule a pickup using some courier. University will not ask more money they will ask to arrange the pickup using some friend or courier.TNT charge almost 4000 for pickup. Email ur course adviser she/he will email u the whole procedure.

What if i ask my friend to pick that up for me... and then Send me through Good Courier service ?? Because in Pakistan TCS is Reliable and it takes almost 17000 ....what you say

1. u drop them an email and asking them to send it via courier if they still use airmail .... otherwise if they use a courier service then there is no issue at all. You have got to get it confirmed first by sending an email to their international mailing address quoting your application number along personal details.

2. They will send you a DHL Canada contact details.

3. You will pay courier charges online by a credit card or have someone paid it on your behalf.

4. You will forward airway bill number to the university by email, provided to you by DHL Canada.

5. University will courier it to your mailing address and will probably send you a tracking number as well.

That's about it. It will cost u a few bucks but will be saving you from wasting a lot of time. What if your offer letter never arrives at your home even after 6 weeks?

that could be possible if ur friend is still living in the same city where ur univ is situated.

however, you need to talk it over with your univ first.

They can guide you properly.

It means your file is in a queue for a final review. It can still take a couple of morE weeks for a final decision to be made. When you see a message "decision made" that means final review of your docs has been done and will be informed shortly if you are a successful applicant or not.

Specifically in Concordia...when they write Decision Made.... after some time they send you email requiring some documents to be uploaded like refernce Letters...if they are not uploaded already.... or sent through mail.... Wait for 2 weeks and you will get final reply
