    Yeah, its hit and miss with this number. Keep trying a few different times during the day. I have had some success after 2pm. Hopefully they ship out your certificate soon.

    Yes, you can apply from anywhere. It would be simpler if you are picking up the passport in person after application. Otherwise they may ship it to your home address in a different state.

    Yup 7:15, Judge Hart. I have seen some threads where it was delivered in 7-14 days after oath with Calgary. I am watching my tracker to see when they mark the application as closed. Usually thats an indication that it has been shipped.
