It looks as if you'll be getting your decision soon. You submitted additional documents three days ago so you should give CIC some time to review them -- maybe a week or two. If you don't hear from them after that you should go ahead and email.

It's fallen down to 14 weeks again!

2 to 4 weeks on average I think.

This is good news. It means someone on their end has opened your file and started reading your application. I'm waiting for it to happen with me. :-[

I'm not sure but I think they might ask you for a follow-up test for details. If they can be assured by a doctor that your disease isn't very infectious and that you won't be a strain on Canadian medical services, I think they will approve your application.

I think it was 8 or 9 when I applied in April. Unbelievable >:(

Did they mention the absence of employment letters and transcript or is it your own guess as to why you were refused? And you have plenty of time to apply again because processing times for Saudi Arabia aren't very long :)
