you sent them offer letters and not reference letters. That is why they are asking it now. Did you sent them any letter in your application stating the reason for not sending the reference letters? Also did you attach any reference letters from your side because its mentioned in the PNP...

I think they release new updates only on the first friday of the month...and then they process only those files for that month..

someone will have to carry your passport to USA or Canada with a letter of authorization from you and then submit it to the buffalo office. That is the only way you can do it.

gsm_mob You can also get the pp renewed if its lost or damaged......they cannot refuse to give you a new pp if the old one is damaged...one of my friend got his pp replaced when the last page of his pp was torn. so you can consider these 2 options as well.

Hi gsm_mob Did you show the letter to passport office which you got from CIC. Then you will have a proof that you need to renew the passport. In worst case scenario if the passport office does not want to give you a new passport than ask the PP office to give you in writing like a letter...
