PhanindraKumar better is mail university and ask them about the refund policy. Even i was under the same confusion till i got my Visa, my university refunds it 100% if done within 2 weeks of course starting, but might be university specific too.

I visited CHC Delhi today and they said that by mistake they had send the mail. and by morning 10 i got my VISA letter :D

Finally i got my Visa today. Applied on 13th June, at VFS Mumbai, Processed at CHC, Delhi. University: Sauder, UBC Course: MBA
