Got a mail from Canadian embassy today

Hi,

I got a mail today stating that i need to submit medical tests, but the issue is i had already done the same week before applying and submitted the medical report along with my application. I inquired from the hospital, they said that it was delivered 5 days before i applied at VFS to High commison Delhi.

The issue which i believe might be is that while getting medical tests done i gave my Pune address and my permanent address (also the delivery address) is Delhi.

Any idea what needs to be done now? do i need to get the medical tests done again ?

Also the PDF attached which had the medical form had a statement
"These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed to the stage where medical examination results are now required."
Does this mean that my Visa is done and just medical report is pending ?

actually they hav misplaced ur medical report..this case happend wid my cousin last yr..
now u must submit ur medical slip having ur photo which you got frm hospital as soon as possible at vfs..

Did they mention in the e-mail about how you are supposed to submit the medical tests?

@ammy sandhu thanks a lot, I will do that tomorrow. So after submitting the form your Cousin got the Visa? and How many days he had to wait for the result?

@Nahush , glad to see you too here. In mail they are asking me to get the medical test done, Currently its being treated like i haven't done the medical tests, but anyways have also mailed them with Blue dart Tracking no which hospital gave me. Also, I will submit my original medical report form which hospital gave me tomorrow as suggested by Ammy.

I visited CHC Delhi today and they said that by mistake they had send the mail.

and

by morning 10 i got my VISA letter
