I think they ask you to resend but I don’t think they refuse.

Hi, Application received 26th July Requested documents: 30 nov Received documents: 18th Jan It’s says DM on ECASE ( 9th March) but no email. Wats the next step, how long does it take for e-mail?

They told me to submit Option c form . I got email on 30th nov that I should send them option c by Jan 30th. They received my documents by 18th Jan but I have not heard anything from them.
