How long has it been since you have mailed docs? Have you tried emailing buffalo? For the most part, they will reply in a "timely" manner sometimes 48 hours, sometimes a week. But, more than likely, they will provide some information to you. This is just my own experience with this.

If the AOR states that they have processed my application and I need to submit pcc and pay the ROPR fee, then yes. If you are asking if I received the AOR after sending them my pcc, etc...then, no. I haven't received anything since sending the pcc and paying the fee. That is what I'm waiting...

Sorry, neither am I. Sometimes, I think I make up my own ;) PCC Pd...meaning Police clearance certificate paid....hope that helps!

If you are in the US, I would definitely use an FBI channeler to produce the pcc. Depending how close an office is to you, you can have it done same day. If you're mailing it, it can be done in as little time as 1 week.
