Hi @legalfalcon My spouse’s application is in process and file is in NDVO. As per gcms, medicals passed. But medicals will expire on 5th May. So far the gcms notes generated 1 month ago dont show any sign of medicals extended. My question is does my spouse have to redo medicals? Case agents...

Hi. It took exactly 10 days including the receipt of the passport. I sent it to vfs Mumbai.

You have to declare this whether passport is stamped or not. Please dont give people wrong information.

Thanks @Screenager for your response. So you are sure that the PR card is not mandatory when u submit the spousal application. I will be landing in jan so i dont have to wait for 60 days+ till i get my pr card to start the process right?

This is my 2 cents..I think the reason they are asking you for the credit card info is because if you do not collect your card in the rented time they will have to send it to you at another address which will be an additional cost or even keep it for a longer time. This is a govt document which...
