i feel sorry to hear that yet again another brutal decision from AINP they make u wait till your work permit get expire and then straight away reject you. anyways good luck for your future work on your LMIA and buckle up for E.E

it depends on your points though. just calculate your points if you are well over 900 then i would recommend to wait for E.E.its faster than traditional PNP-PR application

while going through all the discussion there is alot of discussion/assumption on requirement of LMIA for workers who are on PGWP. CIC information is not yet more clearer about the exemption or requirement for LMIA in case of PGWP. let say if PGWP candidate needs LMIA from employer with a job...
