Spot on...I think it's a concerted effort by CIC to keep the score 460 + this year..

If the draw did not take place for reasons other than technical glitch, it implies CIC is in no mood to bring the score below 460....next in line PNP approvals....CRS shoot up....then FST draw again CRS shoot up because of the gap that will be created by FST draw. ...as I heard that almost 99%...

I second that ...my take around 463 if it happens of next wednesday

If nothing happens today, my take will be 14 th and 28th August....since we have 4 wednesdays in August. And if I dont get through at 458 in August.(remote chances now it seems)...chapter closed for me this year since I am losing point on 10th August.

If no draw happens today....I will reiterate what I said earlier.....artificially increasing the CRS....keeping the score floating around 460...OINP issued around 3300 NOIs in last month equivalent to an EE draw.....besides other PNPS... imagine the score in September with another round of FST...

let's hope if not today...it happens in a day or two

I am positive for a draw....10th July draw was declared at 10:00 AM If they skip today,..... lot of dreams will be shattered...it will destroy the numbers

Last year 3750 ITAs were rolled out from June and 3900 from September.....despite higher applicants & demand this year along with higher federal nos for accepting immigrants, CIC is still at 3600 in August..why ??....isn't it artificially increasing the score !!...with PNPS and looming FST draw...
