Thanks for the revert. So it is not necessary to have the 3 years experience in one NOC.

Hi Guys, A query from a friend who is looking to apply for PR via express entry. Her IELTS score is R - 8.5, L - 8.5, W - 7.5, S - 7.5 She has close to 4 years of work experience 2 years in NOC 0112 (current) 1 year 8 months in NOC 1222 Will she be eligible for the 50 points relating to CLB 9...

Then I guess the agent didn't feel like sharing it - that's a possibility?

:) I think they stick to the official time.. Try calling right when they start work, 8 A.M.

You will need to try again..say maybe after an hour or so. It is not easy to get through. If the agent is available, the IVR will tell you that you will be connected to an agent, followed by approximate wait time.

Wondering the same.. Spoke to an agent today.. Eligibility - in process (not recommended pass etc., they are still checking!!!) Criminality - passed Security - not started

To add to what @tobs said: From what I have read on the forum, some people have also received the email in their SPAM folder. Though I don't know the exact Subject line, but it is something like, Ready for Visa, so you can keep an eye out for that.
