Same AOR as you. I moved to IP2 on 26 July and received RPRF request same day. I think it's a good sign.

Ok and this comes before, during or after background check? I'm currently on IP2 and an agent has informed me that I've passed the first part of background checks and second part will commence shortly. Does that mean Eligibility has also been passed?

Spoke to a courteous agent who said the first part of my background check has been completed and the second part starts soon. My file which is currently at CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia will be transferred to my LVO after the background check has been completed. He didn't say when, just soon.

Just checked too and noticed that biometrics information from a previous temporary visa application has been uploaded. It's got a validity of 10 years.

I was on IP2 before I got the letter. Shortly after I paid the status of my ADR changed to "Not Applicable". Should I hope for a short wait?

The wordings on my letter do not suggest what level my application has reached and no way of deducing which LVO my application is being processed too. "This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we...
