Please share the number you dialled? IRCC number for outlanders is different than inland applicants and upon calling, the voicemail says no information related to immigration will be provided.

Overseas applicant and called 1.613. 944.4000 to ask about the status of my application. The call went through and voicemail mentioned that they do not provide information regarding immigration, PR or citizenship. Has anyone come across this?

Maybe try raising the next webform by clearly stating the information you need like status of eligibility, security and criminality

The timeline is almost similar to mine. I raised a web form in the start of May 2020 and received a generic reply that all documents have been received but given the covid-19 there will be delays. Is your spouse detail visible in your CIC account after sending the documents?
