On MyCIC, the "Review of medical results" line changed from "Passed" to "Review in Progress" This was shortly after received AOR2. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Hi Grizzlyman. We got the exact same email this morning from the Hong Kong office. I also thought it was strange that they asked for an updated IMM5406 since it is quite a short period of time for the family composition to change. Oh well, we can print out another copy, sign, and send it to them.
