I am employee at university of Manitoba. They have a template for Job offer so they will not add even a single word. I have already received ITA mentioning I have a valid job offer now I suspect if I submit my application and rejects then my processing fees would be wasted.

I am also inland applicant. waiting for my LOA for 15 days. however, my WP is expiring next year.

My assessment competed on 24th August 2017. Still waiting for LOA.

They are giving priority to process application for those WP is expiring soon.

Peoples are lucky if their work permit are expiring soon. For others process are very slow.

I am researcher at university of Manitoba so normally it's easy to get close work permit for any research project as such work permits are LMIA exempted.
