    You should follow the PPR after medicals thread. If you don't receive RPRF with your medical, you'll either receive it in a few days, or receive it together with your PPR which ranges from weeks to months...

    Yes for NOC A, you need minimum 6. However, you should not send IELTS test score after sending application. It's very risky, as CIO-S is known to not consider additional documents. You can try CELPIP which many people say is easier and also easier to get a test appointment.
