i recieved my medical after 2 months recieving my file number and then after 1.5 months i recieved rprf...

Same time. I think it depends if you are from visa exempt country or not.

You should follow the PPR after medicals thread. If you don't receive RPRF with your medical, you'll either receive it in a few days, or receive it together with your PPR which ranges from weeks to months...

RPRF and biodata form will come by e-mail or through mail? I have chosen e-mail as preferred way to correspond and so far all correspondence (file no, MR) has come through e-mail.

If you have your AOR through email, then everything is through email.
