So projecting the same principle, you believe all Canadians should blindly accept the running systems without questioning them else they need to renounce their citizenship?!! I admire the patience and the trust you have in the running systems but at the same time i don't think it's a good idea...

At the same time, some Scarborough applicants are being processed in Mississauga. Also, it makes more sense to transfer new Mississauga applications to Scarborough rather than applications that are 12+ months old. That's why i said, no one really knows how IRCC works.

I believe many many Mississauga applicants are in your position. Those who got their test invites before 1 year from their application date seem to be the exceptions and not the new norm.

My experience with my MP office was far from being satisfactory as well. They are not willing to help at all and they just provide fake promises to follow up and they never do. I clearly told them that I'm not expecting you to speed my application up, all what I'm asking is to know why and where...

Congrats. Yes. everyone's case is different. My background check was completed around 5 months back. Still no test invite.

You are a May applicant from Mississauga; I don't think you should expect anything before 1 to 2 months unless you are extremely lucky! and I agree it seems no one is reporting test invites from Mississauga lately (last couple of weeks).

They are simply overloaded with too many applications. There are January and Feb applications who haven't yet received their test invite. Also, some agents are faster than others; our applications are quite unlucky to land on the desk of a less efficient agent or at least a highly overloaded agent.

I believe many Mississauga applicants are in the same boat (including myself) but to be honest i think neither calling nor sending the Webform will do anything to speed up the process.

That might be true for most IRCC local offices but definitely not the case for offices with most of their applicants already crossing the one year processing time, Mississauga being one of them. From the sheet, only 20-30% of 2018 Mississauga applicants are being processed within one year. So...

Well if you haven't showed up for your test yet, that's the maximum you can get. All first four items will be processed (hopefully completed) during the interview.
