Dear All, With the new update system on CIC website, is it still possible to check PR card status for individual application rather than the CIC general updates?

As of January 7th Update it says: 87 days waiting period to have the PR Card

So if there's no credit history for new immigrant, how realistic is it to get good mortgage deal with minimum downpayment?

Relax and go on your vacation and enjoy it. You should be fine with your passport alone. PR card is processing time as at last update now 71 calendar days
