I am an Aug applicant as well. We should be on the same page, Sch A, med, Police cert. all done about 2 weeks ago and my ECAS is now IN PROCESS from Application received. I am waiting the email from VO handling my case. you can check the thread here for further details. It is very helpful...

I submitted sch a, medical and ppc early in Oct and the ecas changed from application received to in progress earlier this week.

i did use the webform for sch A. and got an email saying they received 10days after. and now GCKey updated "We do not need additional doc"

Sch A uploaded via Webform with email confirmation they have received and will forward to appropriate person. Medical report will send/upload by clinic. PCC will send by local police authority to IRCC directly.
