Hi All I have a question.My husband is waiting for his LMO and we are currently staying in the US.We will be going back to India and applying for the work permit from Delhi.Since I have been staying in The US for past 7 months and my husband from 5 years,do we need to go for the medicals.

It was shut down in the month of June.

Thanks for the reply.Just wanted to confirm that is it better to apply for the open work permit with the spouse or apply it when in Canada.My husbands contract is for one year initially but extendable.We are planning to apply in the month of September but my passport is expiring in August...

Hi All, We will be applying for our work permit from New Delhi Office ,can you please tell me how long does it take to the work visa from Delhi on the website it says two months. Also is it faster to get the visa if applied in person in New Delhi office or online. Thank You
