I am from Delhi, got PCC from both Delhi police and PSK. But uploaded the PSK PCC in my application as that has much more authenticity as compared to local police.

Application Number / Case Number. And I was successful in getting ECAS access. Seems like they gave my full name in place of Last name field (as in my passport by mistake)

It does not matter much. Anything you put in job bank does not effect your candidature for CIC. But when you are entering your details in CIC, make sure you enter Master's degree to earn those extra points.
