what about contacting CIC in canada and register a complaint there directly or meet a lawyer and file a complaint legally?? do u think this will work? i dont knw but i am just giving u suggestions..just call up cic and inform them how they treated you in indian visa office (indian interviwer)...

PR is granted only after u finish landing formalities..an immigrant visa in passport does not mean that u got PR. at the time of landing u sud disclose if thr is any change in marital status( i dont know whther they entertain this at the immigration counter at the canada airport coz u reachd...
