    Hi, I am September 9, 2014 applicant in CEC. I did upfront Medical and RPRF. Today I received RPRF even though I already paid it in two months ago. And eligibility passed but the rest of them are still going on. :) :)

    Dear Bro. What does it mean that if someone can go into ECAS through RPRF Receipt number? Does it have special meaning? I paid upfront RPRF but I cannot go into Ecas with receipt number yet. I am a September 9 applicant, 2014. Thank you.
