Called them, and they said they report it to the IRCC immediately, and it's up to them when to update it on the portal.. Why do we as an applicant have to worry about THEIR job? Why can't they do it on time and properly?

Raising a webform for such a thing just gives the VO more reasons to reject. The best alternative is to withdraw and re-apply. Canada has SO many applications now, that the VO doesn't have time to check each one properly. Also, lodging a webform will delay the application for a month or more...

Depends on VO. Might be misrepresentation, might not. If the VO is understanding then he'll understand. It would be a bigger blunder if you uploaded somebody else' passport. What's your profile like? What college/university did you apply to
