I don't think so it will work that's only local PCC you need PCC for entire country. If you don't have then you can put LOE with receipt for PCC application. Also take expert advice

Do you have online access to CRA? So log in to your account and check your T4 it shows which company do you work for and I think you can print your T4 as well. And mention in LOE that you lost your original T4 so and also attach NOA. I hope it should work.
