I was unable to do the MICC bit until last week because you are required to send a copy of your letter from Immigration with the application, which I only received last week. I suppose they just sent it as a reminder that they are awaiting my CSQ. Thanks

Mine has been in process for 2 months now and havent heard anything yet. The worst thing is I can't use Ecas whenn applying through Quebec so Im constantly in the dark

The only thing I have heard so far is my dad (my sponsor) received a letter to say the application is now in process. We are applying through Quebec though, so apparantly I cant view the status online, and I dont know if it takes longer. Hope its as fast as yours corofino, congratulations :)

thank you, its a little bit absurd that they would not not allow my application for that reason as it was not in place at that time, as if my dad would know to get a medical for us when it wasnt inforced!

My brother had a seperate application to my dad, he wasnt an accompanying dependant, his application was like mine. Its quite frustrating though as neither my father or brother seem to be sure of their process, which doesnt help me at all
