After changing to In Process? Mine changed to In Process last Friday and I got my PPR today, but I'm pretty sure I went straight to the top of every queue just because I've been in the system so much longer than most. It usually seems to be 7-10 days.

As shirebikes says it's really the ECAS status which is the best giveaway. No ECAS status/first In Process: expect months Application Received: expect to wait weeks Second In Process: expect to wait only days

Yep to both. I'm pretty sure at least one person called the call centre when they had "Decision Made" and the agent told them there and then what the actual situation was (that they did have PPR status). Maybe give them a call tomorrow?
