I hope that Do you mean my IRCC secure account? I don’t have the portal yet also my online application status is still in process and the timeline bar is 95 % now

I have got my eligibility and pre arrival last Oct and nothing else

We have the exact same timeline , Oct 5 I got the pre-arrival and eligibility pass letter on Oct 23 then nothing else
