Wow, this is UTC time, I think you will be getting GCMS notes and portal email soon. They give update before notes.
I received same message on Feb7, then they sent me portal on Feb 12. You are almost done with your application.

I got ( Deciton Made ) this morning on my online service application status
Applied June 15 2022
Received AOR August 31 2022
Requested GCMS notes January 26, 2023
Haven’t received any other updates since February 2023.
And I applied by letter from Montreal, Quebec.
I saw a lot comments say that the application from Quebec take more and long times than normal to get PR. Is there any one known the reason why? Pls share your experiences, thankful that.

Congrats, it was quick after GCMS notes requested. Let me know when you receive notes, I have also applied notes want to make sure they gave notes to someone who applied same time I applied
