Help please, info request from CIC and I have some questions

Thanks, I guess it was naive to think the Registrar thing, copies of Id with addy were enough. It's my son and his fiancée who are applying and since she had the apartment for a few years before he moved in, lease and utilities etc were all in her name already so they just pay them together...

Help please, info request from CIC and I have some questions

And to where? Original signatures sounds like per post, whereas it seems like they want an email. Anyone who has had this happen please? What did you do?

About Application Number/Case Number to view application status

Bunny, am reading your timeline right that you have been waiting more than a year now, through the Vienna office?

    Is the Vienna Office offloading?

I've been reading here and there about the applications going to Ottawa (and maybe Mississauga?) rather than Vienna, does anyone know if that is really true? If the latest time trends hold true we should be getting AOR1 shortly - applying outland from Germany.

    Spouse sponsership application march 2016

If you look online, the processing time has just increased again, according to the CIC website. This whole process is a very long waiting game, and you are going to make yourself crazy if you expect CIC to be acting quickly and getting in touch with you at every step.

Sponsoring husband who was still legally married at the time of our marriage

I would also recommend including an explanation in the form of a cover letter when you apply.

MARCH 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

We are in the same situation, living outside of Canada for more than 10 years. Since the form was asking for Canadian Tax assessment and it didn't apply, we didn't provide anything. I guess we will see soon enough if that was wrong. :o

    APPENDIX A v/s imm5490

Hi - You only need one copy of the Police report, plus a certified copy into English if the original is in another language. For any documents (Passport copy etc.) - you don't need to send multiple copies with one application.

I need a lot of photos to sponsor my wife? (Anyone approved with less photos?)

Re: Do I need a lot of photos to sponsor my wife? Whats app will go back as far as you've had your phone. Maybe your wife has a longer history on hers, if she hasn't gotten a new phone recently. Ours went back to 2013.

    Document Checklist: IMM 5491e

I certainly only submitted the forms required for my situation. As for the Use of a Representative, we did it ourselves so not sure about that.

    Proof of Conjugal Relationship

I'm not sure but I would imagine you'd need to give a valid reason that prevented you from living together - i.e. religious reasons or such. Much more difficult if you aren't also separated geographically.

    Photo proof and evidence

I was inspired, and also did almost the same thing for the overall package that the OP on this thread did for theirs: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t92449.0.html

    Photo proof and evidence

I put them all in one doc, in chronological order. I wrote it all in the third person and noted in the table of contents that I made that this was done for the sake of clarity. In each photo description I wrote when it was taken, where, who was in the photo and the occasion. I also cross...

MARCH 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Tell them when you book the appointment that you are doing it upfront - then they know that you won't already have the id number. I don't know if our case was just a strange one, but there were some issues in our case about approving someone with vision correction so I would recommend bringing...

MARCH 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Yeah what I meant was you said you logged into ecas with your uci, but hadn't yet gotten your SA in the mail, nor an AOR. So I was wondering where you got the UCI from.

How did you get the id for ecas if you hadn't yet gotten an AOR or anything?
