it is very much normal..we are in same boat. almost every November applicant getting PER without any information of VO. May be we will get AOR after some time because some of new files of NDVO is transferring to Poland. so let see what will happen.

Yes !! Anytime in the process CIO or vo can check your claimed account balance. It is advisable to maintain it through out the process but some people are wighdrw it after medical.

It means your file is under first step completeness check. It is taking normally 60-70 days after file received at CIO.
