Hello FA1, No Harm to pay RPRF by your brother's card. You have to send PCC in original & copy of RPRF receipt to warsaw by courier. You can send scanning copy of receipt by email also.

NO, It doses not mean file transferred to NDVO. NDVO is forwarding query to WVO. I got All reply from WVO only even though I Had raised query to NDVO.
