    There were no emails, no updates, no ghost updates, nothing. It's just updated. It is still we are processing... I didn't catch any ghost updates either. I am happy because eligibility was an important stage for me.

    I am happy to share that my eligibility is passed, too. Yesterday, additional document request changed from 'we are reviewing it' to 'Not applicable'. I thought that might be a sign for eligibility stage and yes, it was!

    I think sometimes they used these terms interchangeably 'eligibility passed/R10 passed'.

    I called and received an automated reply. 'All of our agents are busy right now, please check your online profile to check to progress.' The automated voice mail also said they are 'reviewing my Eligibility' and 'Criminality in progress' as well.
