Paul.. what documents are you trying to get notarized ? As far as the instructions for submitting documents for Buffalo goes.. can you point me to where it asked for notarized copies (except if you are providing translations of originals not in English ) ?

I doubt they would. I know that CIC, NS doesnt do that. I would believe that the Visa Offices follow the same rules.

"CIC had no problem with this." if you know that for sure.. why bother :-) ? On the other hand, I had a similar problem with the form. I sent all the additional information pages (corrected) again with a covering letter and I know for a fact that CIC dint have a problem. btw, your family...

Just wanted to add an update, so that others can benefit. I did end up sending the missing document (with a covering letter), and my application did get accepted at the CIO (leave it to them to figure out how they match documents etc) . So if people do make genuine errors and try and correct...

Is this actually a missing document ? Am still confused. The other background declaration form clearly mentions that it should be filled by everyone separately. This one (additional family info) says everyone should fill it (but not as separate forms). james
