Jst tell them u r applying for visitor visa . They will do it. ludhiana , punjab . I forget the name of hospital If u say visitor visa. They may ask the reason y u r visiting . Then ur wife can say visiting husband. I Dnt know this medical will work for pr or not . But will work for workpermit

I paid all fees when i added my wife in my file. . Jst an update of addition of depenent on my gckey. After tht nothing . did u attached explanation letter(Reason of not submitting pcc)

I called them. U were right. If u chk non accompaning. U will not get pr with ur husband. But if ur husband still add u as dependent , status will automatically change to accoumpaning. they told me donot wry . When u added ur wife as dependent status was automatically changed. Showing...

Thts good, they give a link to u guys. In my case they didnt. I was in the situation same as urs . We waited for one month after getting uci number. I suggest u wait atleast for uci number then apply for workpwrmit. Or atleast wait for one week after sending all forms to them. It will be worth.
