    No worries. She came here on work permit. We got married on 1st nov 2017, i sent her documents in mid of December. I think we applied for work permit in feb 2018. She came here in the month of april 2018. I know it is tough if your partner is back home.

    Call centre representative told me , they have transferred my file in may 2018 to local visa office ( Winnipeg) for further assessment. Nothing else. Still awaiting

    I am nov 2016 applicant, added spouse in dec 2017. I Did not receive my medical yet. They transferred my file in may 2018 to local office ( Winnipeg) as i m sinp applicant

    Is ur spouse in canada now on work permit. In my case when i updated them to update the address of my wife as she is in canada with me now on open work permit. After two weeks of tht they transferred the file to local office. Not sure tht was the reason or its jst a process

    I updated my schedule A form when i sent documents of my wife to add her as a dependent. I also think they will send questions regarding relationship . Usually people receive those when they add a spouse . Thnks for ur time and for sharing ur knowledge.

    When i called them. They said its transferred for further assessment. Any idea? As much as i know. They cant do all the processing in single office . May be that is the reason they transferred the file . Or may be for relationship interview or something related to relationship .
