Tried looking for answer to a basic question on forums, but couldn't find one. Does having OINP decrease (assuming some due diligence has already been done) your lead time to PPR after the nomination? Pointers to some forums would be helpful.

OK. Thanks for the confirmation. Question for the forum, do we know if they send NOI to all candidates meeting the criteria e.g. specified NOC and min score say 430 for July 12th draw OR they further apply some other sort of selection criteria?

They don't insist on birth certificate as such. Passports bearing parents names would suffice.

I echo that. Moreover PNP is per demand in the region so I would assume it makes sense to process those cases faster. However that’s just presumption, I am not aware of actual trend on the ground.

I didn't submit offer letter. I know mine is still in submitted stage only but I think it's safe to assume that as they didn't specify it so it's not reqd.

As they just need employment reference letter and then offer letter is anyway creating discrepancy, why are you thinking of submitting the offer letter in the first place? Just curious.
