What office is it? If it’s Ottawa then you can easily find thier email id but u still got to be lucky to get a response. However chances of getting a response are better than calling i guess.

Pharmacy guys have similar software that guides them clicking / cropping the photo per a country requirements or you can also easily figure out from the instructions ircc shares if the photograph meets the measurements or not. I guess ircc simply rejects photographs from these pharmacies for...

Ok FedEx in my case isn’t even ready to trace saying that per policy they trace only within 10 days of delivery. By any chance Would you have the contact information of their Canada office that provided the confirmation?

I got PPR last week. Everything was approved until Mar 2020 though (APR Sept 2019). Supposedly they didn't want to issue any PPR until COVID situation got somewhat better. I know they issued quite a few PPRs last week. I am in US (just in case that information helps).
