do you think applying by paper is going to work? What document do I need to submit to prove my physical presence before PR? They are really stupid that they cannot find it! All our fingerprint before PR can be found easily.

I applied online 24 days ago. I have no idea what I have to do now! They can easily find out my presence before PR approval from CBSA! Some officers doesnt have enough knowledge!

I have the same problem. They emailed that they cannot verify my physical presence before PR approval. I had submitted all the pages of my passport and travel documents. I have no idea what else I have to do!!! I have been here the whole time and they cannot verify it! it is weird!
