I think they might have send me P1 too early, they have not finalized the decision on IRCC account nor my eligibility shows started on tracker, its over 1 month of replying back to P1 on 18th March. So I guess your P1 was sent after decision was made for you?

I got biometrics request with pre arrival letter and after exact 2 months they sent me a medical request and once medical is updated you should be expecting your P1 email within 2-3 weeks if the background check & eligibility is completed. You can create account to track you application here to...

Yes apparently the COPR expiry date will be the same as medical expiry. So exactly 1 year once your medical is updated.

looks like you will need to consult a lawyer or ask in a different forum. I hardly think anyone is qualified to answer that

Not that long, but I seen someone got their P1 on March 20th and got their P2 today. I had received and replied on March 18th but no P2 as of today. Lets see next week What do they tell you on calls?

Looks like all processing for P1 & P2 emails gets done on Monday & Tuesday
