Yes, I don't see why you cannot.

I think you need a PR card to enter back or the PRTD - which online says can only be applied from outside Canada. Tricky situation

I have a different situation now. I am traveling to states for June 3-13 and not sure if I ll receive my PR card. Anyone dealt with a similar situation before?

I do not have final decision completed yet on tracker and also the eligibility states not started. I still received P2. Is this normal?

I tried Kai for P2. The email I received was not a reply to the P1 email. Looks like they sent it as a separate one.

Montreal average wait time is 4-6 weeks now it seems. You can try doing KAI, if it’s acknowledged

Tried KAI too on April 16th, I don’t think it did anything.

Finally got P2 just now after March 18th. It was a long wait.

So I called IRCC regarding the status of P2 whether they sent P2. They advise that they have technical difficulties and cannot access anyone account for this info atm and to call back later in the day! Is it a bunch of crap? As first time calling them.

Seems like I am the only one waiting from March 18
