For some of us here it's been a different experience. I got my ECAS status to "App Received" on Jan 16 and I gave a call to CIC yesterday. They give me my application number(CXXX-XXX-XXX) over the phone. But no official email yet regarding AOR. strange

Hi, I called the CIC today and was able to get the application number CXXX-XXX-XXX. My status changed to "Application Received" on Jan 16, 2021. However, I have not received the AOR yet. The agent said that's not a problem. Hope I don't have any further issues to be worried about.

what do you mean by not working? what is the message you are getting. if it says they can't find with information provided that means your file is not in system yet.

Select ID type as UCI and provide your unique client ID. Unique Client ID is on all of your immigration documents including PR card. Hope this helps.
