I checked ECAS today, and now I see the first line (wasn’t there yesterday). Application was delivered on 9 Sept 2020.

I have finally seen the first update on ECAS today (Application received line), it was not there yesterday.

App sent date: September 15, 2020
App delivered date: September 18, 2020

Ok.. Please ask them the application number and primary mode of communication. For few their primary comm was mail.

I called the CIC today and was able to get the application number CXXX-XXX-XXX. My status changed to "Application Received" on Jan 16, 2021. However, I have not received the AOR yet. The agent said that's not a problem. Hope I don't have any further issues to be worried about.

Hi,
I called the CIC today and was able to get the application number CXXX-XXX-XXX. My status changed to "Application Received" on Jan 16, 2021. However, I have not received the AOR yet. The agent said that's not a problem. Hope I don't have any further issues to be worried about.

That's great. Like i described multiple times in July forum mainy seems there are some delays in sending AOR. For me my pref comm changes from email to mail. Even my email address and all were corret.

Wait for few weeks. for me since 30-Dec shows app received and i have confirmed multiple times calling them and they said same thing... It's not a problem

Application delivered sept28,2020 and still waiting for something to appear on ecas, as it shows that no information for me.

I know this has been asked MANY times on the group. Can someone answer this once for all. Is there a chance my application can be rejected now? Like sent back? Or will they just contact me when they need any documents?
And!! After I call CIC and get application number. What do I do next? Can I link it somewhere online or noo

I Got same update (first line) yesterday. I called IRCC a few minutes ago, and I got my application number( starting c....). Also I change my communication preference to email. She send me an e-mail about Citizenship test - Study Guide a few min ago.

Did you get an AOR email? Or you are considering "Application Received" status as AOR?
