Hi I am getting an error message like since the past 2 days when creating an express entry profile. Does anyone see this, too? I tried switching browsers (chrome, firefox, IE), clearing cookies, and a different computer, but no luck.

Hi I would like score higher on IELTS in order to get more points on the Express entry system. My question is - if I re-take the IELTS, and the new score ends up being worse than the old, then can I still use the old score? Or, will the new score override the old one permanently? Thanks...
