I have simillar issue. The best thing you can do is ask the college to write you a letter of waever, stating that your engilsh is good enough and acceptable for the program you've applied.

Not necessarily, but I would recommend. If you can get a recommendation letter from your empoloyer, where is is stating his willingness to have you back after the completition of your studies - that will be great! Having a secured position after you studies in your homeland is crucial!

When was the deadline? All the applications are considered after the deadline has passed. For example, if it was 15 of January, it usually takes 1-2 months for the SGS to respond.
