I am applying for My study permit and I also wish to apply for spouse open work permit.

I was wondering how much proof funds do I need to show, My spouse is not working.

4,000 $ ( 1 family member - that's your spouse)
Paid tution fees for one year

Hi, do you know if the money should be in the account for 6months at least or it can be like a one time deposit to our accounts? Thank you

I have friends that have enough to cover the tuition and they are saving for the $14000 additional costs.

In the case that the spouse has a full-time job offer, would that make an impact on the amount of fund they need to prove? Also they will be living with friends at a minimal cost and they have a notarized letter.
