Hi, i have same message in my CIC account, basically they asked to send them updated pictures within 45 days. and i did receive an email as well.

I believe there were 2 Pics of each applicants

yeah i got SA email in July, it went to "in process" then went again to "Application Received". no call for medical yet.

Hi, i also got this request 2 months ago, just ask your parent to send it through DHL or any other big courier and ask for "require signature at delivery", they requested pics in July and so far no further instructions...

similar timelines for me as well, no medical requests, it might take a year after Sponsorship approval for medical requests......

im also waiting for an update, they asked for fresh pictures in July, and its complete silence since then. fingers crossed.....

I have the same case as your. The online status for Principle Applicant will only show your Fathers name but when you check your status under "Sponsorship Application Status" it will show your Fathers name and your mothers name as dependant. hope this helps. Cheers.

my parents have been asked to update their photos as it did not meet the specification. file is already in process in London VO i dont recall the the photos were sent initially.

Dont know what to say or feel about it, my application reached 9:19 with Fedex from AB, and now it looks my app was not picked up along with many others. i hope to hear good news from Govt, increasing the limit to 10K
