Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

Can anyone who received SA tell me what does the online status check look like after you received SA email?
My case online status check still stays on Application accepted on Jan 4,2016.

I haven't received anything new after that. I don't know if I missed anything or not.

Thanks, that worked. The agent told me that they send a message (mail or email) on Feb 4th, and will re-send it shortly, and that there were no messages since. I hope it's not bad news of any sort...

How does SA email looks like? ??? : :-X I have not been able to check the status on eCAS but my dad received email from LVO in Singapore.

"This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2016/07/07."

8:25am UPS batch sponsoring both of my parents

Just got an email from the HongKong office requesting for medical exam, police certification and PR fee etc...
My dad is in China but my mom is here in Canada visiting ??? quite a bit headache they have to do everything separately and mail my mom's doc to my dad for submission from Beijing to Hong Kong as he's the principle applicant

Anyone else's going through the same??

Hey~~that's fast so what's the complaint here? lol.... I believe your mom can do the medical here in Canada and the doctor will know what to do after, you don't have to worry about the mail of the test result.

Got SA letters today by email for both applications (dad+in-laws). I am from Happy Road batch, will add my data to a spreadsheet later (no space left, waiting for Rossei to come back from vacations 8) ) . Funny - my dad and in-laws live in the same country (and in the same city!) but my dad's app was sent to Warsaw LVO and in-laws' app was sent to Ottawa.

Same here. London VO and asked for photos but we never sent in photos previously. Havent received any further info or requests.

Received confirmation email from CIC this morning, application for my parents has been forwarded to Ottawa.
